This workplace visualisation project in Geneva, designed by Unispace, focused on illustrating a flexible commercial environment that balances hospitality-driven design with large-scale workplace functionality. The CGI series was developed to communicate the atmosphere, circulation, and spatial organisation of the office through a combination of open collaborative zones, lounge settings, café-style breakout areas, and formal meeting spaces.

The reception visualisations established the tone of the workplace through warm timber detailing, integrated branding, and carefully balanced lighting that creates an immediate sense of openness and professionalism. Across the collaborative areas, our CGI work concentrated on showing how transparency, natural light, and varied seating arrangements support interaction while maintaining visual coherence throughout the space.

Particular attention was given to the relationship between architectural materials and workplace flow. Glass partitions, suspended greenery, textured flooring, and soft furnishings were visualised with precision to help communicate both functionality and atmosphere during client presentation stages. The café and breakout areas introduced a more social workplace experience, using curved forms, layered lighting, and hospitality-inspired finishes to soften the large commercial footprint.

The meeting room visualisations focused on demonstrating adaptability and technical integration within the workspace, combining clean architectural lines with presentation technology and controlled lighting conditions suited to hybrid collaboration environments.
