This workplace is structured around a shared social and breakout zone that acts as the centre of the floorplate. From this core, workstations, meeting spaces, and quieter areas extend outward, allowing the office to remain open while clearly organised by function.

Located on the upper levels of a commercial building in Hammersmith, London, the office benefits from strong natural daylight across the main working and communal areas. This condition was carried consistently through the visual set to support accurate spatial understanding and presentation.

The CAT B fit-out introduces a consistent material language across the space, using warm finishes and soft architectural elements to define zones without enclosing them. Circulation routes are kept clear and direct, supporting easy movement between collaborative and focused areas throughout the working day.

The 3D visualisations were produced as a coordinated set to present the full layout in context, translating plans and evolving design decisions into a readable three-dimensional environment.

Developed in close collaboration with the interior design team, the visuals supported layout refinement and client communication as the concept progressed.
