This workplace visualisation project in the UK, designed by Unispace, was developed to illustrate a flexible office environment centred around collaboration, adaptability, and employee experience. Through a combination of still CGI renders and immersive 360º visualisations, the project communicates how different workplace zones connect visually and functionally across the wider office landscape.

The interior design introduces a hospitality-inspired approach to the workplace, combining collaborative lounges, informal meeting areas, café-style breakout zones, training rooms, and focused workspaces within a cohesive architectural language. Our CGI work focused on presenting the atmosphere and circulation of the office while highlighting the relationship between colour, lighting, furniture layouts, and spatial flow.

Particular attention was given to the social and collaborative areas, where curved seating arrangements, integrated branding, suspended acoustic features, and layered lighting create a more welcoming and interactive workplace experience. The material palette combines warm timber textures, vibrant accent tones, soft flooring transitions, and open sightlines to support both concentration and teamwork throughout the office.

The training and meeting spaces were visualised with a more restrained approach, using clean layouts and balanced lighting to communicate functionality, flexibility, and technical integration suited to modern hybrid working environments. Across every scene, the CGI was designed to help stakeholders understand scale, atmosphere, and movement through the workspace long before construction stages begin.

Alongside the still imagery, immersive 360º visualisations were produced to allow viewers to explore key areas of the office interactively. These walkthrough experiences provide an additional layer of spatial understanding, helping clients and project teams evaluate layouts, transitions, and user experience in a more engaging way during presentation and approval stages.
