This residential CGI project for PlumpJack in Squaw Valley focused on illustrating a contemporary mountain residence through a series of refined interior visualisations tailored for real estate presentation and architectural communication. Designed around openness, natural light, and material simplicity, the interiors combine warm timber finishes, expansive glazing, dark stone accents, and carefully balanced lighting to create a calm, modern atmosphere connected to the surrounding alpine landscape.
The living and dining area was visualised to emphasise both scale and intimacy, using natural daylight, soft shadows, and subtle material contrast to communicate how the open-plan layout functions throughout the day. In the kitchen, particular attention was given to the relationship between matte black cabinetry, timber textures, and clean architectural lines, helping present the space with precision while maintaining a welcoming residential tone.
The bedroom visualisations focused on atmosphere and spatial balance, using floor-to-ceiling glazing and controlled lighting to reinforce the connection between the interior and the mountain setting outside. In the bathroom scenes, stone textures, reflections, and layered lighting were carefully rendered to showcase the material palette and overall sense of refinement expected in high-end residential developments.
For residential architects, developers, and real estate teams, interior CGI remains an essential tool for communicating interior design intent before construction begins. High-quality 3D visualisation helps present layouts, materials, lighting conditions, and atmosphere in a way that supports client presentations, property marketing, and investor communication.
At Visioaxis, we create high-end residential CGI and architectural visualisations for private homes, luxury real estate, and interior design studios, helping communicate contemporary living environments through realistic, presentation-ready imagery.
