Designed by Oktra, this workplace interior for Away Resorts combines hospitality-inspired workplace design with open collaborative zones, breakout areas, and flexible workstations tailored for a modern hybrid office environment. Through a series of high-end CGI visualizations, Visioaxis illustrated the spatial atmosphere, material palette, and flow of the workplace before construction, helping communicate the design intent with precision across presentation and approval stages.
The project balances functional office planning with a relaxed hospitality-driven identity, using soft neutral finishes, turquoise accent tones, integrated greenery, exposed services, and varied collaborative settings to create a contemporary workspace experience. Large open-plan work areas are complemented by informal lounge spaces, touchdown points, and communal breakout zones that encourage interaction while maintaining operational flexibility.
Our role focused on producing realistic architectural visualizations for interior design presentations, allowing the design team to showcase lighting conditions, spatial proportions, furniture layouts, and material relationships in a clear and engaging way. Particular attention was given to illustrating the contrast between soft textures, industrial ceiling details, natural planting, and daylight penetration throughout the office.
For design and build studios, commercial interior designers, and workplace architects, professional CGI remains an essential communication tool during client presentations, stakeholder approvals, and marketing stages. In projects like this, 3D visualization helps teams evaluate circulation, workplace atmosphere, branding integration, and user experience long before fit-out begins.
At Visioaxis, we create high-end architectural CGI for workplace interiors, commercial office environments, and design and build projects, helping architects and interior designers communicate complex ideas through realistic visual storytelling and presentation-ready imagery.
