This private apartment project was defined by balance—open yet intimate, clean-lined but warm, and above all, deeply personal.
In the main living room, our focus was on visualizing mood through light. We created a full series across daytime, golden hour, and night to help communicate how the atmosphere shifts. The geometry of the space was clean, but the challenge was in making the light feel tactile—softened by textured surfaces, sheer curtains, and layered materials. This is where CGI becomes essential: helping clients understand not only the layout, but the emotional tone of a space.
The adjoining dining and kitchen area carried that same mix of clarity and softness. Veneer, metal, stone, and upholstery come together in a layout that feels both sleek and welcoming. We paid close attention to how natural light interacted with every surface, especially the interplay between the warm timber and cool stone.
One highlight: the bespoke liquor cabinet. With its stitched leather, glass doors, brass details, and custom proportions, this piece called for close-up precision. Every hinge, seam, and shadow was rendered to help the client evaluate material combinations with ease.
In the private zones, we adapted our tone. The master bedroom needed to feel calm but not bland—still expressive, but dialed down. We leaned on muted lighting, subtle reflections, and softer transitions to convey that shift. The children’s rooms offered a brighter, more personal counterpoint. Toys, books, chalkboards, and custom beds were all modelled with intent—not for decoration, but to reflect the function and rhythm of daily life.
Finally, the cabinet and staircase zone brought the project full circle: a space designed for pause and focus. Rich wood tones, acoustic panels, and tailored lighting anchor the space. Nearby, the staircase introduces movement and curiosity, opening up toward the rest of the home.
We also created several 360º visualizations for this project, particularly in the staircase and hallway areas, enabling immersive walkthroughs for even better client communication. See the full VR experience below.
