A restrained material palette, expansive glazing, and carefully balanced natural light define this contemporary private residence designed by Jean Petit Architects. The project combines modern minimalism with a warm residential atmosphere, using clean architectural lines, soft textures, and open spatial planning to create interiors that feel calm, functional, and connected to their surroundings.
Our CGI visualisations focused on illustrating the relationship between light, scale, and materiality throughout the home. In the open-plan kitchen and living areas, particular attention was given to how daylight interacts with pale surfaces, timber flooring, and subtle tonal contrasts, helping communicate both openness and comfort within the space.
The living area visualisations were developed to emphasise circulation and spatial flow, showing how the interior transitions naturally between social and private zones. Large glazed openings strengthen the connection between the architecture and the outdoor environment while bringing additional depth and atmosphere into the interiors.
In the staircase and bedroom scenes, the visualisation approach became more restrained and intimate, focusing on simplicity, proportion, and carefully controlled lighting. Soft material finishes, minimal furnishings, and clean detailing help reinforce the quiet residential character of the project without unnecessary visual noise.
For residential architects and interior designers, architectural CGI plays an important role in presenting scale, atmosphere, and functionality before construction begins. High-quality residential visualisation helps present the design clearly during planning stages, and in real estate marketing.
At Visioaxis, we create residential CGI and architectural visualisations for private homes, contemporary residential architecture, and interior design projects, helping communicate modern living environments through realistic and presentation-ready imagery.
